Learn to incorporate meditation and breath work while you walk
Yoga teacher Mary, of Mani Mantra Mala's will begin your walk with 10 minutes of gentle yoga stretches and instruction on how to do 4 part or segmented breathing.
4 part or variations of segmented breathing
oxygenates the blood,
sharpens mental focus, &
increases physical stamina
Next, you will be guided on your walk, through the neighborhood, for
approximately 30-40 minutes
Breath exercises will be added at various intervals during the walk.
Following the walk, return to the store for cool down stretches, a brief
guided imagery, and tea to follow.
Chassom Tea Salon is closed today, but please rsvp via email,
and meet at the front doors by 6pm.
